Triiibes asked me this morning, "If you had only two sentences to share your most valuable business advice, what would they be?"Mine are both from Floyd (of course) and they are:1. Hire people based on character first, and then ability.2. You can't fine tune anything until it's first consistent.
So last night my son Michael and I went bowling. We both decided that we want to compete harder this year so my suggestion was we find the right coach. I already knew who.
After a few practice shots here's what my coach said. "you're already good, so to fine tune your game we must make it more consistent, more fluid." Interesting that he chose those same words.....Guess what I'm working on? Oh, I should say guess what I'm working on in bowling AND in my business. Thanks Mike!
